How to Install Xerox WorkCentre 4150 C Toner Cartridges?

  1. Open the toner access cover on the right side of the printer by pressing the cover release button.
  2. Turn the lock lever to unlock position to release the cartridge, then carefully pull it out from the printer.
  3. Get your new CompAndSave Xerox WorkCentre 4150 C printer toner cartridge. Open the cartridge over a sink or garbage can to avoid any messes in case of a powder leak, as sometimes, factories tend to overfill toner cartridges. Avoid touching the bottom part of the toner, then remove the covering tape that is usually bright in color, as well as the plastic protective case, if there is, before installing it.
  4. Carefully align and insert the new toner cartridge into the slot until it is firmly seated in place. Then turn the lock lever back to the locked position to secure the cartridge.
  5. Close the toner access cover.

Xerox WorkCentre 4150 C Toner Cartridges FAQ's

Why are toner cartridges so expensive?
OEM ink and toner manufacturers claim that the high cost of toner cartridges is due to the research and development of technologies to deliver high-quality ink and toner. However, it is worth noting that there are generic cartridges that exceed OEM requirements while being less expensive than their counterparts. CompAndSave's compatible and replacement ink and toner cartridges are engineered to meet or exceed OEM standards. That is to say; you can have the same print quality and page output without spending a fortune. Please keep in mind that using generic, remanufactured, or replacement cartridges will never void the warranty on your printer. Does toner last longer than ink?
In terms of longevity, toners are designed to last longer than regular ink. Since toners are designed for laser printers, they can produce more images and prints compared to the inkjet type of printer. Usually, toner also has a longer shelf life than regular ink since they are powder-based and do not dry out.
