How to change Samsung CLP-510 toner cartridge on printer?
- Let the machine cool down by turning it off.
- Open the printer's cover at the left side of the machine with the handle. Once it is perpendicular to the mainframe, the toner cartridges will immediately detach.
- Carefully remove the cartridge from its slot by pulling its handle. Holding the cartridge's body in your hands, pull it out of the machine.
- Get your new CompAndSave Samsung CLP-510 toner cartridge. Gently shake the cartridge to evenly distribute the toner. Open the cartridge over a sink or garbage can to avoid any messes in case of a powder leak as sometimes, factories tend to overfill toner cartridges. Avoid touching the bottom part of the toner, then remove the covering tape that is usually bright in color as well as the plastic protective case, if there is, before installing it.
- Insert the new toner cartridge to its respective slot using both of your hands, then gently push it by the handle to lock it in.
