How to Install Ricoh Aficio SP 3510DN Toner Cartridges?

  1. Make sure that there is no paper loaded and the bypass tray is closed.
  2. Open the printer's front cover by pressing the cover release button on the side of the printer.
  3. Grab the toner cartridge that needs to be replaced, then carefully pull it out from the printer.
  4. Get your new CompAndSave Ricoh SP3510DN cartridge. Open the cartridge over a sink or garbage can to avoid any messes in case of a powder leak, as sometimes, factories tend to overfill toner cartridges. Shake the toner cartridge for about five to six times and avoid touching the bottom part of the toner. Then remove the covering tape that is usually bright in color as well as the plastic protective case, if there is, before installing it.
  5. Insert the new Ricoh SP 3510DN toner cartridge back into the printer until it stops. Then slightly raise the toner to insert it all the way in, and push down the cartridge until it snaps lock into place.
  6. Close the printer's front cover.

Ricoh Aficio SP 3510DN Toner Cartridges FAQ's

Is it OK to use generic toner cartridges?
Absolutely! CompAndSave's generic, compatible, replacement, or remanufactured toner cartridges are designed to meet or exceed the OEM specifications. This means that you can get the same print quality and the number of prints without paying as much compared to the original Ricoh toner cartridges. Aside from this, using generic toner cartridges will never void the printer's warranty. So you can shop and use our toner cartridges without any worry. How do I get more life out of my toner cartridge?
Make sure that the toner is not clogged. To check and clean the toner, grab a damp paper towel and wipe the nozzle of the toner cartridge to remove any clog if there is. The next thing you can do is to remove the toner cartridge from the printer and cover it with plastic or anything that can protect it from leaking. Then shake the toner cartridge. One other thing you can do is to adjust the settings of the printer settings to "Print in grayscale," which will help your printer avoid printing in "rich black."
