This Product Subscription Policy ("Policy") governs your purchase and use of the products and services offered by CompAndSave.com ("we," "us," "our") through subscription and one-time purchase options. By purchasing or subscribing to our products, you agree to be bound by the terms set forth in this Policy.
Subscription Options
We offer subscription-based services for most of our products, allowing you to receive access to products or services on a recurring basis.
Billing and Payments
- When you choose a subscription option, you will be billed according to the frequency of your selected plan (every 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 8 weeks, 10 weeks, 4 months, 5 months, or 6 months). Payment will be processed via your selected payment method at the start of each billing cycle.
- Automatic Renewals: Subscriptions will be automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
- No Subscription Fee: Our subscription service does not include a separate subscription fee. You are simply billed for the products or services you receive, based on the frequency of the chosen plan.
Notifications
You will receive an email notification five (5) days before your subscription is automatically renewed, informing you of the upcoming renewal and payment.
Registered Account Required
A registered account with CompAndSave.com is required to activate and manage our product subscriptions. When you add multiple products with the same plan, they will be merged into a single subscription. Products under different plans will be managed separately.
One-Time Purchase Option
In addition to subscription options, our existing one-time purchase option will be available for all of our products, which allows you to purchase the product without any recurring billing.
When you purchase a product on a one-time basis, you will be charged the full price of the product at the time of purchase. No recurring payments will be charged.
For one-time purchases, there is no automatic renewal. If you wish to purchase the product again, you will need to initiate a new order.
Discounts and Promotions
Subscription discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers, except for the existing tiered pricing discount.
Shipping & Refund Policy
Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy apply to both subscription and one-time purchase orders. For detailed information on shipping fees, delivery times, and shipping restrictions, please refer to our Shipping Policy page. For information on returns and return restrictions, please refer to our Refund Policy page.
Subscription Management
You can manage multiple subscriptions through your account, but each subscription will be managed separately, including billing and delivery schedules.
- Modifications: You may modify the renewal date before the next scheduled delivery date.
- Notifications: You will receive an email notification five (5) days before each new cycle billing and order fulfillment. You can update, or cancel your subscription before the scheduled delivery date.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account by clicking the "Cancel Subscription" button at the top right of the subscription management page. Once canceled, your subscription status will be updated to "Canceled" and you may resume it at any time if desired.
- Resuming Subscription: To reactivate a canceled subscription, click "Resume Subscription" at the top right of the page. The status will then change to "Active".
- Modifying Delivery Date: You modify the delivery date before the next scheduled delivery date by clicking the "Change Next Delivery Date" button within the profile details of your desired plan. After confirming new date, your future payments and delivery schedule will be updated accordingly.
- Update Payment Details: You can update your payment method at any time through your account settings. To change the payment method, click the "Edit Payment Details" link within the profile details of your desired plan. You will be redirected to the "Change Payment Details" page, where you can select a new payment method, enter any necessary details, and click "Save Payment" to confirm the changes. If no changes are required, simply click the "Back" button to return to the previous page.
Payment Issues and Subscription Cancellation
If a payment fails, you will be notified by email and given the opportunity to update your payment information. Your subscription will be automatically terminated after 3 failed payment attempts. For each failed payment, you will receive a notification, and if payment attempts remain unsuccessful, your subscription will be terminated, with a final email confirming the cancellation.
Price Updates and Product Availability
The price for your subscription plan is displayed on the applicable product detail page. The total cost charged for each order will be based on the item's price at the time of processing (subject to change), minus any subscription discount, plus applicable sales tax, shipping fees, and other charges. Prices may change at any time, and the updated price will be reflected in the scheduled payment shown on the My Subscription page.
If a product in your subscription becomes out of stock and we are unable to fulfill your order, your subscription will be canceled, and you will be notified via email.
Changes to Subscription Plans
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any subscription plan at any time. If changes are made to your subscription plan, we will notify you in advance, and you will have the opportunity to accept the new terms or cancel your subscription.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CompAndSave.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your subscription or one-time purchase, including but not limited to any loss of data, profits, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
