How to Install Okidata MB451W MFP Toner Cartridges?

  1. Open the printer's top cover
  2. Turn the lock lever to unlock position to release the toner cartridge, then pull it out from the printer.
  3. Get your new CompAndSave Oki MB451W MFP toner cartridge. Open the cartridge over a sink or garbage can to avoid any messes in case of a powder leak, as sometimes, factories tend to overfill toner cartridges. Shake the toner cartridge and avoid touching the bottom part of the toner, then remove the covering tape that is usually bright in color as well as the plastic protective case, if there is, before installing it.
  4. carefully align and insert the new toner cartridge into its slot and put the lock lever back to lock position.
  5. Wipe the lead head with a soft cloth and close the printer's top cover.

Okidata MB451W MFP Toner Cartridges FAQ

Is it OK to use generic toner cartridges?
Absolutely! CompAndSave's generic, compatible, replacement, or remanufactured toner cartridges are designed to meet or exceed the OEM specifications. This means that you can get the same print quality and the number of prints without paying as much compared to the original Okidata Mita toner cartridges. Aside from this, using generic toner cartridges will never void the printer's warranty. So you can shop and use our toner cartridges without any worry. How do I know what toner cartridge I have?
To know what type of toner cartridge you have or the type your printer needs, you may check the manual that came with the printer and look for supplies. You may also check the existing cartridge you have. Somewhere in front or on the back should be a label or sticker with the model number. This model number is usually a combination of alphanumeric characters. For example, Okidata MB451W MFP printer uses the toner that has the model code of Okidata 44992405.
