How do I install Okidata C3200 toner cartridges?
- To open the top cover of your printer, press the cover release button.
- Open the printer’s front cover.
- Remove the used toner cartridge from the drum unit by pulling the release lever.
- Get your new CompAndSave Okidata C3200 toner cartridge. Open it over a sink or garbage can to avoid any mess in case it leaks, as sometimes, factories tend to overfill the toner cartridges. Make sure to touch the black plastic part only, then remove the covering tape that is usually bright in color along with the plastic protective case, if there is, before installing it.
- Lower the new Oki C3200 cartridge into the machine.
- First, insert the left end of the toner cartridge into the top of the drum unit. Push it against the spring of the drum unit. Next, lower the right end of the toner into the drum unit.
- Secure the toner cartridge by pressing it gently and pushing the colored lock lever.
- Close the top cover and firmly press down on the side latches.
