How to Install Oki B4100 Toner Cartridges?

  1. Turn off the printer and allow it to cool down for ten minutes.
  2. Open the printer's top cover by pressing the cover release button.
  3. Turn the lock lever to unlock position to release the toner, then pull the toner out from the printer.
  4. Get your new CompAndSave Okidata B4100 toner cartridge. Open the cartridge over a sink or garbage can to avoid any messes in case of a powder leak, as sometimes, factories tend to overfill toner cartridges. Gently shake the toner cartridge and avoid touching the bottom part of the toner, then remove the covering tape that is usually bright in color as well as the plastic protective case, if there is, before installing it.
  5. Carefully align and insert the new toner Oki B4100 cartridge into the slot, left side first. Turn the lock lever back to its original position to secure the cartridge.
  6. Close the printer's top cover.

Oki B4100 Toner Cartridges FAQ's

Are compatible toner cartridges any good?
Yes! CompAndSave's generic, compatible, replacement, or remanufactured toner cartridges are designed to meet or exceed the OEM specifications. This means that you can get the same print quality and the number of prints without paying as much compared to the original Okidata toner cartridges. Aside from this, using generic toner cartridges will never void the printer's warranty. So you can shop and use our toner cartridges without any worry. What is the difference between compatible and OEM cartridges?
OEM or Original Equipment Manufactured cartridges are toner cartridges that are made by the same company that manufactured the printer. Compatible toners cartridges, on the other hand, are produced and filled by third-party companies. The parts used are brand new and are not recycled from OEM toner cartridges. The same procedure applies to compatible ink cartridges. Both provide the same quality of printouts, but the compatibles may surpass the OEM and are sold at a much lower price.
