First black cartridge installed did not work.I purchased 2 color + 3 black cartridges (56) for my HP Printer and the first black cartridge did not worked. I fussed with it (cleaned it, etc.) and the printer for days! Finally opened another and now the printer works great. Hopefully the last black cartridge works.Was this review helpful?

I recommend this productThis is the second time that I have ordered for my business at home. Your service is very quick and, thus, helpful if I've allowed my supply to run low. The only problem I've had is that one of the black cartridges just did not seems to work. I calibrated the printer and even tried to clean the cartridge but not to much avail. I will, however be ordering again today so that I have a supply on hand. This is a great service and the printing I do uses lots of ink so I plan on being a repeat customer!Was this review helpful?
