HP OfficeJet 7510A Ink Replacement Guide
- Make sure to turn on your printer. Open the cartridge access door.
- The ink cartridge's carriage will automatically move, so make sure to wait for it to completely stop moving before you proceed.
- To uninstall, press down the front tab of the old cartridges and pull it out.
- Get your new CompAndSave HP 7510A ink cartridges, and open them over a sink or garbage can to avoid any mess in case it leaks, as sometimes factories tend to overfill the ink cartridges. Make sure to touch the black plastic part only, then remove the covering tape that is usually bright in color along with the plastic protective case, if there is, before installing it.
- Press the new HP OfficeJet 7510A printer cartridge to its respective slot until it snaps into place.
- Close the cartridge access door.

Can I just replace the black ink cartridge HP?
Some HP printer models are designed to print only if all ink cartridges have ink, while some printer models can temporarily print even if the color ink cartridge is empty. To print with only black ink, you just have to open the printer software app and then go to the "Print" option. Then choose your printer, followed by selecting the "Printer Properties" tab. After this select "Paper/Quality" or "Features", press the "Advanced" option. You should see the option that says "Print in grayscale" press this option then select "Black Ink Only". Lastly press "OK" to apply the changes.
Please note that this depends on the printer model, as some models require all cartridges to print. To verify, you may contact your printer manufacturer and check if your printer has this feature. Although this option is available, we highly encourage you to replace any empty or low-ink cartridges to avoid printing issues. Last resortReview for Replacement HP 932XL Black Ink Cartridge - CN053AN - High YieldI recommend this productI realized my black print head was likely clogged before I tried this refurbished product. I had tried to clean the printhead before the cartridge was exchanged so for the last resort I ordered this refurb - I wasn't spending excessive money on the HP cartridge since CompandSav have always worked). I have been satisfied with CompandSav so felt it was worth the reasonable cost to try this (had purchased other company refurbs that didn't work). I had gotten the HP6600 as a gift and had several years useage so was not going to be overly disappointed if it didn't solve the issue. Well, the printer didn't work after replacing cartridge. That being said, I wasn't spending anymore time on this so I threw out the printer. I gave five stars because I knew had the printer been strictly a cartridge issue it would have functioned.
