HP Deskjet F4280 Ink Cartridges Replacement Guide
- Make sure that the printer is turned on.
- Open the ink cartridges access door, which can be found on the right side of the printer.
- The ink cartridge's carriage will automatically move, so make sure to wait for it to stop before you proceed.
- Gently pull the cartridge towards your direction to remove it from the printer.
- Get your new CompAndSave HP F4280 ink cartridge. Open it over a sink or garbage can to avoid any mess in case it leaks, as sometimes, factories tend to overfill the ink cartridges. Make sure to touch the black plastic part only, then remove the covering tape that is usually bright in color and the plastic protective case, if there is, before installing it.
- Insert the new HP Deskjet F4280 cartridge in an ascending angle to its respective slot. Carefully push the cartridge in until it clicks into place.

What ink does HP DeskJet F4280 use?

The high-yield HP 60XL ink cartridges have more ink volume and can print more pages compared to the standard yield HP 60 ink cartridges. Can I use other ink in my HP printer?

Do you need both black and color cartridge to print HP?

Select your printer and click 'Printer Properties.' Select 'Paper/Quality' or 'Features,' then 'Advanced.' Print in grayscale should appear. Select 'Black Ink Only.' Finally, press 'OK' to apply changes.
