- To access the toner cartridges, just simply open the access door in front of the printer.
- Gently pull out the toner cartridge drawer by using the blue handle, then pull the toner cartridge that needs to be replaced out of the printer.
- Get your new CompAndSave's HP Color Laserjet Pro M252dw toner cartridge. Open the cartridge over a sink or garbage can to avoid any mess in case of a powder leak, as sometimes, factories tend to overfill the toner cartridges. Avoid touching the bottom part of the toner, then remove the covering tape that is usually bright in color as well as the plastic protective case, if there is, before installing it.
- Shake the HP M252dw toner cartridge sideways five to six times to evenly distribute the toner powder inside.
- Insert the new HP LaserJet Pro M252dw toner cartridge into its respective slot, then put the drawer back in place.

But I have bought from other suppliers where the colors are so dim, red is pink and blues are pale. I would love to find a supplier that is consistent in quality. Can't really recommend this supplier until I order color toners from them. The casing was clean and looked new. Shipment was pretty quick.
