How to Install HP M681 Toner Cartridges?

  1. Open the printer's front door.
  2. Grab the toner cartridge that needs to be replaced by its handle, then carefully pulls it out from the printer.
  3. Get your new CompAndSave HP MFP M681 toner cartridge, open the cartridge over a sink or garbage can to avoid any messes in case of a powder leak as sometimes, factories tend to overfill toner cartridges. Shake the toner cartridge for about five to six times and avoid touching the bottom part of the toner, then remove the covering tape that is usually bright in color as well as the plastic protective case, if there is, before installing it.
  4. Insert the new HP Color LaserJet Enterprise MFP M681 toner cartridge to its slot.
  5. Close the printer's front cover.

HP M681 Toner Cartridges FAQ

Why is HP toner so expensive?
OEM ink and toner manufacturers claim that the high cost of toner cartridges is due to the research and development of technologies to deliver high-quality ink and toner. However, it is worth noting that there are generic cartridges that exceed OEM requirements while being less expensive than their counterparts. CompAndSave's compatible and replacement ink and toner cartridges are engineered to meet or exceed OEM standards. That is to say, you can have the same print quality and page output without spending a fortune. Please keep in mind that using generic, remanufactured, or replacement cartridges will never void the warranty on your printer. For additional information, please visit ink knowledge base and you will be redirected to the right page.
Can I throw away empty toner cartridges?
About 1.3 billion cartridges are used every year. That is why it is highly preferred that toner and ink cartridges are recycled than letting them end up in landfills. You can bring your empty toner to local or big retailers or even at your local recycling facility. You can also check some websites online like earth911.com to look for recycling options for your cartridges.
