How do I change the ink in my Canon mg5620?
- Turn on your printer.
- Open the printer’s front cover, then the operation panel and paper output tray.
- Remove the used cartridges while the light flashes. Push the front tabs, then lift the ink cartridges.
- Get your new CompAndSave Canon Pixma MG5620 ink. Open it over a sink or garbage can to avoid any mess in case it leaks, as sometimes, factories tend to overfill the ink cartridges. Make sure to touch the black plastic part only, then remove the covering tape that is usually bright in color along with the plastic protective case, if there is, before installing it.
- Install the new Canon 5620 ink in a slanting position. Press the cartridges until it snaps lock into place. The ink lamps should light up.
- Once the cartridges are installed, close the operation panel.
