How to Install Canon imageRUNNER 1023 Toner Cartridges?
- Open the printers front cover.
- Turn the lock lever clockwise to unlock the toner cartridge from its slot.

Remove the covering tape that is usually bright in color as well as the plastic protective case, if there is, before installing it.

- Turn the lock lever counterclockwise to secure the toner to its position.
