How do I change the toner on my Canon imageCLASS MF4450?
- Raise the top panel of the printer.
- Grab the grip and then lift to open the printer's toner cover. Then, carefully pull the toner cartridge out from the printer.
- Get your new CompAndSave Canon MF4450 toner cartridge. Open the cartridge over a sink or garbage can to avoid any mess in case of a powder leak, as sometimes, factories tend to overfill the toner cartridges. Shake the toner for about 5 to 6 times and avoid touching the bottom part of the toner, then remove the covering tape that is usually bright in color as well as the plastic protective case, if there is, before installing it.
- Carefully align and insert the new toner cartridge into its slot.
- Close the printer's toner cover and put the top panel back to its original position.
