How do I install Canon BJC-610 ink cartridges on my printer?

  1. Turn on your printer, then open the front cover. For easy access, the carriage holder should be moved to the center. Wait for it to stop.
  2. To release the empty cartridge, press on the tab. Pull it out of the slot to remove it.
  3. Get your new CompAndSave Canon BJC-610 printer ink cartridge. Open it over a sink or garbage can to avoid any mess in case it leaks, as sometimes, factories tend to overfill the ink cartridges. Make sure to touch the black plastic part only, then remove the covering tape that is usually bright in color along with the plastic protective case, if there is, before installing it.
  4. Grip the new cartridge's bottom and pull off the protective cap.
  5. Place the new ink cartridge at an angle. Align it with the appropriate slot, then gently press down until it locks into place.
  6. Close the front cover.

Canon BJC-610 Ink Cartridges FAQs

What ink does Canon BJC-610 use?
The Canon BJC-610 printer uses the high capacity Canon BJI-201 ink cartridges in black, cyan, magenta, and yellow. CompAndSave offers compatible Canon BJI-201 ink cartridges in all colors that can print up to 450 at 5% page yield. Get high-quality printer ink that's budget-friendly from CompAndSave!
Why are ink cartridges so expensive?
OEM ink and toner manufacturers claim that the high cost of cartridges is due to the research and development of technologies to deliver high-quality ink and toner. However, it is worth noting that generic cartridges exceed OEM requirements while being less expensive than their counterparts. CompAndSave's compatible and replacement ink and toner cartridges are engineered to meet or exceed OEM standards. You can have the same print quality and page output without spending a fortune. Please keep in mind that using generic, remanufactured, or replacement cartridges will never void the warranty on your printer. For additional information, please visit our Ink Knowledge Base.
