How do I install Brother MFC-J5330DW ink cartridges on my printer?
- Turn on your printer, then open the ink cartridge cover.
- Take off the orange protective cover.
- Get your new CompAndSave Brother J5330DW ink. Open it over a sink or garbage can to avoid any mess in case it leaks, as sometimes, factories tend to overfill the ink cartridges. Make sure to touch the black plastic part only, then remove the covering tape that is usually bright in color along with the plastic protective case, if there is, before installing it.
- Insert the Brother MFC-J5330DW cartridge in the appropriate slot. Check that the ink cartridge matches the color of the slot.
- To install the ink cartridge, press "PUSH" until it clicks into place.
- Put the ink cartridge cover back on. The cleaning process begins and lasts around seven minutes. Do not turn the machine off or unplug it.
- Click "OK" to print the quality check sheet when the cleaning is complete.

Review for Compatible Brother LC3017 Ink Cartridges XL Combo Pack of 4 - High Yield: 1 Black, 1 Cyan, 1 Magenta, 1 YellowI recommend this productI have experienced with the ink cartridges that the printer will indicate that the cartridge is empty but in fact are only 1/2 empty. To compensate I place black tape over the window on the cartridge to trick the printer into thinking the cartridge is full. I now need to check the cartridge manually to determine ink levels. Hopefully CompandSave will remedy this exposure. Also the extra yield cartridges (LC3029) do not work at all. The printer does not recognize these high yield cartridges. I would be interested in purchasing these once the exposure is corrected.Was this review helpful?
