How to Install Brother HL-1112 Toner Cartridges?
- Open the printer's top cover.
- Carefully pull the drum unit assembly out from the printer.
- Push the lever to release the toner cartridge from the drum unit, this lever is usually in color blue. Once released remove the toner cartridge from the drum unit.
- Get your new CompAndSave Brother toner HL-1112 cartridge, open the cartridge over a sink or garbage can to avoid any messes in case of a powder leak as sometimes, factories tend to overfill toner cartridges. Avoid touching the bottom part of the toner, then remove the covering tape that is usually bright in color as well as the plastic protective case, if there is, before installing it.
- Carefully align and insert the new Brother toner HL-1112 cartridge to the existing drum unit.
- Insert the drum unit assembly back into the printer, gently push the toner cartridge in until it is all the way back in.
- Close the printer's top cover.
