How to Install Xerox Phaser 3610 Toner Cartridges?
- Open the printer's front door.
- Turn the lock lever to unlock position. Hold the drum unit in place and grab the handle of the toner, then carefully pull it out from the drum unit.
- Get your new CompAndSave Xerox 3610 toner cartridge. Open the cartridge over a sink or garbage can to avoid any messes in case of a powder leak, as sometimes, factories tend to overfill toner cartridges. Shake the toner cartridge for about six times and avoid touching the bottom part of the toner. Then remove the covering tape that is usually bright in color as well as the plastic protective case, if there is, before installing it.
- Carefully align and insert the new toner cartridge into the drum unit until it is secured in place.
- Put the lock lever back in to lock position to secure the cartridge.
- Close the printer's front cover.
